Mexico's Alphacredit to place 3.00B pesos in 5-year debt

Mexico's Alphacredit Capital SA De CV is planning to raise up to 3.00 billion Mexican pesos with a sale of five-year corporate debt to finance its lending to consumers and small and medium-sized enterprises, El Economista reported.

The company will reportedly place debt certificates through the Mexican Stock Exchange, BMV. A date was not specified for the issuance.

As of March 27, US$1 was equivalent to 18.35 Mexican pesos.
