Northern Trust Corp. appointed Marc Mallett director of strategy for asset servicing for the Americas.

Mallett has more than two decades of experience in financial services consulting, technology and operations, including leadership roles in Northern Trust's investment operations outsourcing business from 2010 to 2014. Mallett rejoins the Chicago-based company from SimCorp, where he headed sales and product management for North America.


Raymond James Financial Inc. appointed Robert Dutkowsky nonexecutive director.

Dutkowsky, 63, is the executive chairman of Tech Data Corp.
