The initialoffering was for a nominal value of up to 300 million pesos, but expandable upto 600 million pesos. Demand reached 469 million pesos, the filing said.
The3.5% variable rate notes will be issued at par and mature in 24 months.
Theplacement is part of the bank's global notes issuance program worth 2 billionpesos or its equivalent in other currencies.
As of Oct. 10, US$1 wasequivalent to 15.19 Argentine pesos.
