Comerica CFO departs

Karen Parkhill on April 29 gave notice that she would beresigning from Comerica Inc.and unit Comerica Bankto pursue other opportunities.

Parkhill's resignation as CFO is effective May 3, while herresignation as vice chairman will be effective May 6, according to a recentlyfiled Form 8-K.

David Duprey, who has served as executive vice president andgeneral auditor of thecompany and the bank since March 2006, was named executive vice president andCFO, effective immediately.Senior Vice President and Deputy General Auditor Christine Moore will take onthe role of senior vice president and general auditor.
