Highland Bank president departs; successor named

Highland Bank appointed Troy Rosenbrook president, succeeding Jay Hammond, the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal reported Oct. 11.

Hammond left the St. Michael, Minn.-based bank to become a drug and alcohol counselor, the publication quoted Highland Bank Chairman and CEO Richard Wall as saying.

Rosenbrook was most recently senior vice president of commercial banking at Minneapolis-based MidCountry Bank, a unit of MidCountry Financial Corp.

Highland Bank is a unit of Highland Bancshares Inc.
