Qatar Airways revises Airbus deal with new $6.35B order

Airbus SAS said Qatar Airways QCSC updated its earlier order for 50 A320neo aircraft, replacing it with a new firm order for 50 A321neo ACF, or Airbus cabin flex configuration.

The deal has a total value of $6.35 billion at list prices, Airbus said. The A321neo ACF will join Qatar Airways' fleet starting from 2019.

Airbus said the A321neo ACF is its largest single-aisle model.

The original order for the A320neo was placed in 2011, according to Airbus.
