FERC approves Veresen's sale of 33-MW hydro facility

FERC has cleared VeresenInc.'s proposed saleof its 33-MW Glen Parkhydroelectric facility to a subsidiary of Restless Hydro LLC, according to aJuly 8 order.

Glen Park is located in Jefferson County, N.Y., and sellspower to Royal Dutch Shell plcsubsidiary Shell Energy NorthAmerica (US) LP. As previously reported, the facility will be sold for US$61 millionplus working capital at closing.

Restless Hydro is indirectly controlled by private equityinvestment manager I SquaredCapital. (EC16-125)
