PTT PCL board member steps down

Thai oil and gas company PTT PCL board member Kulit Sombatsiri has resigned, effective Oct. 9.

He resigned due to another business engagement, the state-owned company said in an Oct. 15 letter to the Thailand stock exchange.

Sombatsiri also served as a member of the board's enterprise risk management committee.
