UBS Group
UBS Group AG appointed Roger Bieri as head of multinationals and strategic transactions within the Swiss lender's corporate and institutional clients, effective Oct. 1, finews.com reported.
Bieri, who previously served as head of corporate clients in Asia, will replace Simone Westerfeld, who was promoted within the group's Swiss business. He will work under Andy Kollegger, head of UBS division's products and services, as his deputy.
VTB Bank
VTB Bank PJSC's supervisory council elected Vadim Kulik as deputy president and chairman of the management board, subject to the Russian central bank's approval.
Kulik will be responsible for VTB's IT, risk management, operational support as well as data analysis and modelling.

Société Générale SA's global head of flow credit trading, Hussein Dbouk, is potentially at risk of losing his job, the Financial News reported, citing sources familiar with the matter.
Dbouk has served the French lender for 11 months and joined from HSBC Holdings PLC, where he served as head of credit trading in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, according to the report.

TP Icap PLC said Angela Knight does not intend to stand for re-election as nonexecutive director and senior independent director at the company's next annual general meeting and will subsequently step down from the post, having served on the board for almost nine years.

Bank Zenit
Alexander Tishchenko was appointed chief managing director at PAO Bank ZENIT, the lender said.
In his new role, the executive will be responsible for the implementation of Zenit Banking Group's business strategy. Prior to the appointment, Tishchenko served as the lender's senior vice president. He has also been a shareholder of the bank since June 2019.
