Report: UK buyout firm Stirling Square loses 2 founding partners

Stirling Square Capital Partners founding partners Jakob Foerschner and Bolaji Odunsi left the U.K.-based buyout firm earlier in 2018, Private Equity News reported, citing a person familiar with the matter.

The source also said there are no plans to replace the pair, who co-founded Stirling Square in 2002, according to the report.

Their resignation comes as Stirling Square is said to be seeking its fourth fund.

Stefano Bonfiglio, managing partner and investment committee chair, and Gregorio Napoleone, a member of the investment committee, remain Stirling's founding partners, Private Equity News added.
