DIC Asset AG plans to conduct a private placement of €50 million worth of corporate bonds with a target volume of €180 million.

Issuance and settlement of the notes will be March 14, during which they are expected to be admitted for trading on the Official List of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

The notes will mature July 11, 2022, and will have the same terms and conditions as the notes issued in July 2017.

The German commercial real estate company intends to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes.
