Brockton, Mass.-based HarborOne Bancorp Inc. (MHC) completed the acquisition of Warwick, R.I.-based Coastway Bancorp Inc.
As part of the deal, Coastway's subsidiary Coastway Community Bank merged with and into HarborOne's subsidiary HarborOne Bank (MHC).
