Chief risk officer to resign from Pacific Mercantile Bancorp

Robert Stevens intends to resign, effective April 29, from hisposition as executive vice president and chief risk officer at Costa Mesa, Calif.-basedPacific Mercantile Bancorpand unit Pacific Mercantile Bank.

According to a Form 8-K filed April 1, Stevens will also resignas CEO and director of Pacific Mercantile Bancorp's subsidiary PM Asset ResolutionInc. He notified the company March 28.
