Google closes purchase of 2 Kennedy Wilson properties in Dublin

The Irish unit of Alphabet Inc.'s Google LLC completed the acquisition of two office properties in Dublin from Kennedy-Wilson Holdings Inc.

Google Ireland Ltd. paid an undisclosed amount for the South Bank House and The Warehouse assets located next to the mixed-use Bolands Quay development that Google purchased in May for an estimated €300 million. Bolands Quay is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2020.

The 2006-completed South Bank House, on Barrow Street, offers more than 62,000 square feet of grade A office space, while the three-building The Warehouse asset was refurbished to provide 19,500 square feet of modern office space, according to a release. Irish law firm Mason Hayes & Curran fully occupies both properties.
