NFP Corp. has acquired Anaheim, Calif.-based P&C and employee benefits insurance broker Hayward Tilton & Rolapp Insurance Associates Inc.

Hayward Tilton & Rolapp Insurance Principals Roger Rolapp and Joan Kolbe, and President Stephen Moriyama will become directors of NFP's P&C division.

The transaction closed Dec. 16, 2016.
