Advanzeon Solutions Inc. President Mark Heidt has resigned, and CFO Arnold Finestone took on his functions.

Heidt will continue to be a board director.

Also, Abdul Rauf was elected COO, effective May 28. He is the founder and the CEO of Phoenix Business Solutions Inc., which offers medical billing, practice management and consulting to provide reimbursement services to multi-specialty medical practices.
