Freddie Mac prices $1.2B of structured pass-through certificates

Freddie Mac has priced a $1.2 billion offering of structured pass-through certificates, which are multifamily mortgage-backed securities.

The K-074 certificates are expected to settle on or about March 29.

The certificates are backed by corresponding classes issued by the FREMF 2018-K74 Mortgage Trust and guaranteed by Freddie Mac. The trust will also issue certificates consisting of class B, class C, class D and class R certificates, which will not be guaranteed by Freddie Mac and will not back any class of K-074 certificates.

Barclays Capital Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are acting as co-lead managers and joint book runners of the offering. Academy Securities Inc., Hunt Financial Securities, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are co-managers.
