Sierra Oncology, previously known as ProNAi Therapeutics Inc., said in a Form 8-K filing that James Topper will leave the board April 10.
Daniel Estes will replace Topper as a director while Donald Parfet will take over Topper's duties as the chair of the nominating and corporate governance committee on an interim basis.
