Novita Healthcare Ltd. completed the sale of its online healthcare platform Newly Pty Ltd to HealthCare Links.

Australia-based Novita previously announced that it would receive a 10% stake in HealthCare Links, valued at A$1 million, for selling Newly.

Novita said the divestment will allow it to focus on its core asset TALI Health — a patented digital platform that assists in treating children with cognitive disorders — as well as the market development of the lead solution TALI Train.

Novita develops and sells healthcare technologies.
