Industrial Logistics Properties Trust shareholders approved an amendment to the company's declaration of trust stating that in the event of a contested election, trustees will be elected by a plurality of votes cast.

The amendment was approved at the industrial real estate investment trust's June 3 annual shareholder meeting.
