Australian supermarket operator Woolworths Group Ltd. said July 26 that its shopper loyalty program has been added to Google LLC's digital wallet platform Google Pay.

Woolworths Rewards members will now be able to earn and redeem program points at Woolworths and BWS stores using Android smartphones.

Customers will also be able to check their rewards point balances through the Alphabet Inc. unit's Google Pay app.
