Sterling Real Estate ups share price, Q1 dividend

Sterling Real EstateTrust said its board of trustees approved a larger dividend paymentfor the first quarter.

Shareholders of record as of March 31 will receive a dividendof 24 cents per share, up from the previous amount of 23.25 cents.

The board of trustees, acting as general partner of SterlingProperties LLLP, also approved a distribution of 24 cents per unit to limited partnershipunit holders of record as of March 31. The share dividend and unit distributionare payable April 15.

Further, the board increased the per-share and per-unit pricesto $16.00 from $15.50, effective March 24. The share redemption and unit redemptionprices were raised to $15.00 from $14.50.
