Marfin Bank (Romania) SA, a unit of Greek industrial conglomerate Vardinogiannis Group, is changing its name to Vista Bank Romania, news agency Romania Insider reported.
The move is part of the bank's business strengthening strategy, which included a €30 million capital hike in September 2018, an enlarged management team and a refresh of its financial products and services portfolio. The lender also plans to open more branches in key market cities in addition to its 30 branches across Romania, according to the May 21 report.
