Northgate Capital LLC promoted Jana Vaze to CFO.

The former director of finance will work with Moez Virani, who recently transitioned to senior adviser, according to a news release published on the PE Hub Network.

The private equity and venture capital firm also named Luciana Castro as head of investor relations.

Castro most recently was director of investor relations at Abingworth LLP and VantagePoint Capital Partners.
