BPCE names new finance chief

Groupe BPCE named François Riahi to replace Marguerite Bérard-Andrieu as CEO in charge of finance, strategy and legal affairs, effective Jan. 1, 2018.

Riahi will be responsible for implementing BPCE's strategy until 2020. The French banking group also named Riahi supervisory board secretary and a management board member.

Riahi has served as co-head of corporate and investment banking at BPCE unit Natixis, working alongside Marc Vincent. Following Riahi's appointment at BPCE, Vincent will become sole head of corporate and investment banking at Natixis, effective Jan. 2, 2018.
