Mangrove Partners increased its stake in Atlantic Power Corp. to 6,896,093 shares, representing 6.2% ownership, according to an Oct. 9 filing.

The ownership percentage is based on the 111,302,692 Atlantic Power shares outstanding as of Aug. 1.

Mangrove Partners is the third-largest institutional owner of Atlantic Power, with 5.36% of outstanding shares as of June 30. The top holder is Morgan Stanley with an 8.50% ownership as of the same date, according to S&P Global Market Intelligence data.
