PPC Partners closed its purchase of Plaskolite LLC from an affiliate of fellow middle-market private equity firm Charlesbank Capital Partners LLC.

The buyer, which focuses on the product manufacturing, services and healthcare markets, entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the transparent thermoplastic sheet products maker in November.

PPC invested in Plaskolite, alongside the founding Dunn family and its management team, which will continue to run the company.

Plaskolite became a portfolio company of Charlesbank in November 2015.
