Pool Reinsurance Co. Ltd. has appointed Tracey Paul to the newly created role of chief strategy and communications officer, according to a news release obtained by S&P Global Market Intelligence.

Paul previously worked for the Ministry of Housing and Local Government, where she served as head of stakeholders and communication for the Grenfell Tower Building Safety Programme.
