Priority Income Fund completes tender offer

Priority Income Fund Inc. completed its Dec. 15, 2016, tender offer, paying about $875,210.91 to repurchase 59,538.157 shares.

The company had offered to buy back up to about $2.7 million worth of common shares. The purchases were made at $14.70 per share, the net asset value per share as of Jan. 20.
