Retail energy provider SparkEnergy Inc. expects to record adjusted EBITDA between $10.0 millionand $12.0 million for the second quarter of 2016, according to a July 20 news release.
"We look forward to discussing our strong financial resultson our second-quarter earnings call in early August," Spark's President andCEO Nathan Kroeker said. "In addition, we plan on providing updated guidanceon the call, which will be significantly higher than previously announced."
In March, the retailer said it was targeting 2016 adjusted EBITDAof between $44.0 million to $48.0 million, but later said it would re-evaluate thatfigure to account for acquisitionsexpected to be completed in the third quarter.
