Argentina's GPAT Compañía Financiera completes 378M peso bond offer

Argentina's GPAT Compañía Financiera SA said that it completed its planned bond offering worth 200 million Argentine pesos, expandable to 400 million pesos.

The company received 30 bids totaling about 378.1 million pesos for its class A series XXIX bonds that mature in August 2018.

The bonds will be issued and settled Aug. 4, the company said in an Aug. 2 filing.

As of Aug. 2, US$1 was equivalent to 17.56 Argentine pesos.
