Sweden-based Cinnober Financial Technology appointed Peter Lenardos group CEO, effective immediately.
Lenardos was named Cinnober's CFO in June and replaces Veronica Augustsson, who had been group CEO since 2012. He will serve as acting CFO in tandem with his new responsibilities until the vacant post is filled.
He will be based in the company's Stockholm and London offices.
