ORIX's South Korean unit issues 20B won of notes

ORIX Corp. said its unit ORIX Capital Korea Corp. issued 20 billion won of unsecured notes.

The company said Dec. 14 that the notes were priced at par with a coupon of 2.233% per year. They will mature on June 14, 2019.

As of Dec. 13, US$1 was equivalent to 1,166.62 South Korean won.
