Davide Campari-Milano H1 profit falls YOY

Davide Campari-Milano S.p.A. said its first-half normalized net income came to 6 euro cents per share, a gain from 6 cents per share in the year-earlier period.

Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was €69.1 million, a decline from €72.2 million in the year-earlier period.

Total revenue fell on an annual basis to €743.9 million from €757.9 million, and total operating expenses declined on an annual basis to €599.4 million from €613.7 million.

Reported net income decreased 13.7% year over year to €67.2 million, or 6 cents per share, from €77.9 million, or 7 cents per share.
