CorVel Corp. appointed Brandon O'Brien as its new CFO and principal financial officer and Jennifer Yoss as vice president of accounting and principal accounting officer, effective Oct. 1.

O'Brien, who will assume the CFO role from Ken Cragun, most recently was the company's area vice president. Cragun will serve as a consultant to the company through the transition phase.

Yoss has been CorVel's director of accounting since June 2014.
