Future Generali India Insurance Co. Ltd. entered into a bancassurance agreement with Bank of Maharashtra.

Under the agreement, the bank will sell Future Generali India Insurance's products through its branches, according to a Jan. 30 release.

Future Generali India Insurance is a joint venture between India's Future Group and Italy's Generali.
