Quaint Oak Bancorp increases dividend

The board of Southampton, Pa.-based Quaint Oak Bancorp Inc. declared a quarterly cash dividendof 4 cents per share on the common stock of the company.

The dividend is payable May 9 to shareholders of record at theclose of business April 25, according to an April 13 news release.

President and CEO Robert Strong said that the dividend representsa 6.7% increase from thecompany's midyear increase in October 2015.
