Silk Partners LP and its affiliates, including Siget LLC, disclosed an 8.6% stake in seniors housing facilities operator Capital Senior Living Corp., up from 7.0%.

The investor group acquired 2,685,714 Capital Senior common shares at an aggregate purchase price of approximately $31.3 million. The entities started acquiring the additional shares Sept. 14.
