Corviglia Capital Fund debuts in Europe with US$500M target

Corviglia Capital Fund, a new fund established in Luxembourg by experienced entrepreneurs and executives Petr Šmída and Cezary Smorszczewski, aims to pull in US$500 million to invest in late-stage financial technology companies worldwide.

The growth equity fund, which launched Oct. 17 in Europe, will provide minority investments between $10 million and $50 million in the financial services and banking industries.
