Financial research firm CFRA acquired First Bridge Data LLC, an exchange-traded fund data and analytics provider.

The deal will give CFRA's clients access to a database of ETF constituent holdings data; reference and classification data; investment analytics; and daily pricing, flows and statistics, as well as access to First Bridge's data visualization tools.

First Bridge founder Aniket Ullal will join CFRA in an unspecified role. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
