Bank DhofarSAOG said the subscription period for its proposed rights issuewill open Oct. 5 and close Oct. 19, with the rights trading period startingOct. 2 and ending Oct. 16.

Holders of every 1,000 shares of the bank as of the Sept. 27 recorddate will be entitled to be offered 117 rights shares, rounded down to thenearest number.
