National Planning Holdings Inc. has named Joseph Vinsonsenior vice president and national sales manager and Tim Munsie vice presidentand head of advisory platform strategy.

Vinson will be based in Denver and report to President and CEOScott Romine. He was previously vice president and head of new businessdevelopment for Cetera AdvisorsLLC.

Munsie, also based in Denver, will report to COO SteveDowden. He was previously the director of advisory business at InfinexFinancial Group.
