CoStar Group Inc. division Apartments.com has acquired Westside Rentals, a website specializing in Southern California real estate rentals.

Westside Rentals has more than 85,000 members seeking rentals and more than 350,000 Southern California landlords have used the platform. The company will continue to operate at its Santa Monica headquarters. The company's listings will be moved to the Apartments.com network.
