Amazon.com Inc. said Oct. 8 that it launched a local e-commerce site in Singapore, more than two years after rolling out its Prime Now service in the Southeast Asian city-state.
Since 2017, the Prime Now app has allowed Singaporean customers to shop for a range of items from groceries to consumer electronic devices.
The Seattle-based e-commerce giant will now offer the dedicated Amazon.sg website for customers in Singapore, which can be accessed on desktop, mobile devices and the Amazon shopping app.
