saidApril 12 that it issued a €500 million mortgage pfandbrief, its first benchmarkissuance in 2016.
The pfandbriefcarries a 0.5% coupon and a term of 10 years. It was priced at 1 basis pointbelow the midswap rate.
Thebank said the issue was met with high investor demand. The order book wasclosed after 44 orders were received for just below €750 million, the bank said.
Thetransaction was accompanied by DZ Bank, HSBC Trinkaus & Burkhardt, LBBW andUniCredit.
