IHS Markit secures $500M term loan

IHS Markit Ltd. and unit Markit Group Holdings Ltd. entered into a credit agreement for a term loan of $500 million.

Markit Group Holdings borrowed the term loan in full Jan. 26. IHS Markit and its certain subsidiaries, as guarantors, have guaranteed the obligations under the credit agreement.

The term loan will mature Jan. 25, 2018, and is an unsecured obligation of Markit Group Holdings and the guarantors.

The credit agreement includes Bank of America NA, as administrative agent, and certain lenders.
