Avanath buys Denver affordable housing community for $34M

Avanath Capital Management LLC bought a 220-unit affordable housing property in Southwest Denver for $34.3 million, Multi-Housing News reported, citing Yardi Matrix data.

The transaction was subject to a $20.6 million Fannie Mae loan.

The 11-building Fox Crossing community at 8350 E. Yale Ave. was sold by Legacy Partners, according to the news outlet.
