The companyappointed Harry Barr as chairman and CEO. Barr has been CEO of junior miningexploration companies for over 30 years, and has helped raise over C$250million in equity and option joint venture arrangements with global junior andmajor mining companies.

In addition,Wildcat named Robert Guanzon as CFO, replacing David Kendall who stepped down.

The companyalso appointed Rick Wilson to its board to fill the seat left by Jim Pickell.
