Hwang Capital (Malaysia) to delist shares in September

Hwang Capital(Malaysia) Bhd.'s shares will cease to trade on Malaysia's stockexchange, effective Sept. 2, the company said July 25.

The company earlier decided not to maintain its listing status on the mainmarket of Bursa Securities after its public shareholding fell below therequired 25% of its total listed shares.
