Lowell, Mass.-based EnterpriseBancorp Inc. announced that it is conducting a rights offering to holdersof the company's outstanding shares of common stock, according to a Form 8-K filedApril 8.

Shareholders as of the record date for the offering, April 19,are eligible to participate. The rights offering is expected to commence April 21and expire May 27.
